- How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation via our website. Click here.
- How do I pay the accommodation fee?
- You can prepay with a credit card through travel agencies, or pay with cash, credit card or cashless methods at the hostel.
- When does cancelation fee start?
- Please check the cancellation policy at the time of booking, as penalties vary depending on the accommodation plan and booking website. Please note that the establishment will charge a penalty fee in accordance with the cancellation policy of the plan you have booked.
- What about the accommodation fee of kids?
- A The accommodation fee depends on the room. Therefore, the fee does not change.
- What time is check-in and check out?

Check-in is 3pm to 9pm and check-out is 7am to 11am. We are happy to keep luggages before check-in and after check-out.
Regarding Facilities and Service
- Is the hostel open 24 hours?
- Hotel guests can go out and come back 24 hours. The entrance locks during the night, which you can unlock with room keys.
- Is the hostel non-smoking?
- We totally prohibit smoking inside the hostel. However, we have a smoking area in front of the hostel.

- Is the hostel dormitory?
- No. All the rooms are private. If you would like to see room types, please click here.
- Is there a toilet and a shower room in the room?

Only Comfort Double Room, Comfort Twin Room and Family Room have toilet and shower room. For other room's guests, please use the shared
bathrooms and the shower rooms.
- Tell me about the shared facilities.

For Single Room, Twin Room and Double Room's guests, there are shared shower rooms and bathrooms. There are also laundry room, there are
refrigerators, induction cookers and shared kitchen.
- Is there Wi-Fi?
- Yes. There is free Wi-Fi available for the entire building.
- Do you have rental computers?
- No, we don't.
- Can I send my luggage there beforehand?
- Yes, you can. Please write your reservation name, day of check in and address on the shipping label, and send it for prepayment.
- Do you clean the room everyday when staying more than 2 nights?
- Housekeeping is done once in 6 days in case of consecutive stay.
- What amenities do you have?
- We have bath towel, face towel, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and toothbrush.
- What amenities can I buy?
- We sell skincare set at the reception.
- Do you have a cleaning service for clothes?
- No we don't. Please use the shared laundromat. We lend an iron if you need.
- Is there a parking lot?
- There is one spot for a car to park. If you wish to park there, please contact us in advance.
- Is there a rental bike?

Yes. You can use a rental bike from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. The quantity is limited, so we lend them on a first-come-first-served basis. We
will provide information when you use the bike, so please give yourself plenty of time and come to the front desk.
- Can I bring my pet animal?
- No. We are afraid that we do not accept pet animals in the building.
Regarding Meal
- Is breakfast included in the accommodation fee?
- No, it is not included. However, you can buy breakfast at the cafe lounge on the 1st floor. (7:00am - 11:00 pm)
